Do you offer consultations with your Manual J, S, or D reports?

Yes! Every project includes the option for a free consultation by phone or email. We're here to help you understand your report, make adjustments, or answer questions about local permitting requirements.​

Who performs the consultations?

You'll speak directly with an experienced HVAC design specialist —not a call center. We believe in expert, one-on-one support to get your design right the first time.

Is the consultation included in the price?

Yes. All of our pricing includes one follow-up consultation to go over your report. Additional consultations or revisions can also be arranged as needed.

Can you make changes if my contractor or builder needs revisions?

Absolutely. We offer free revisions within a reasonable timeframe and will ensure any changes still meet code and comfort requirements.

Will your reports meet my local building department's requirements?

In most cases, yes. Our reports are based on ACCA-approved methods (Manual J, S, and D) and accepted by building departments across the U.S. If your jurisdiction has special requirements, we’ll work with you to meet them.

Can you coordinate with my HVAC installer or architect?

Yes, we frequently work with builders, contractors, and architects to ensure the design integrates smoothly with your project plans.

Do you offer Manual J, S, and D services in my state?

Yes! We serve all 50 states, including California, Florida, Texas, New York, and everywhere in between. Our reports meet code requirements in most jurisdictions across the U.S.

How long does it take to get my report?

Most reports are completed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive all the required information. Rush options may be available upon request.

What happens if my permit application gets rejected?

We’re here to help. If a building department requests changes or clarification, we’ll update the report or speak directly with them to get it resolved quickly.​
